If you’re headed to brunch with the besties to get over that heartbreak and need the perfect soundtrack, look no further than Lexi Cline’s brand new single ‘Orange Juice.’ An infectious pop earworm, the track is perfect for helping you say goodbye to the blues.
‘Orange Juice’ is a feel-good heartbreak song. We’re all about channeling the positive energy here at THP. Naturally, we’re kind of obsessed with Lexi’s new single. “Drinking more champagne than Orange Juice” is a lifestyle adjustment we could get used to without much complaining!
Lexi has a mission to make her songs intimate, as if the lyrics have come straight from her diary. This is definitely a relatable situation to be in, so we’d say she’s succeeded. However, it’s also inspiring. While we love a heartbreak anthem, saying someone’s bruised your heart is almost more cutting and empowering. It’s like letting them know, “hey, that really hurt, and what you did sucks, but did you break me? No way, just a little bruise. I’m moving on!” It’s a pretty girl boss move, and we respect it.
Her EP Is Coming!
Yes, you heard right. This is the first single from Lexi’s upcoming EP. It’s due for release in early 2023, and we cannot wait to get our hands on it next year.
While we’re here, we also need to address this video. It is possibly the cutest promo we have ever seen. It’s the getting the grandparents involved for us – so wholesome! We love it! Bonus points for Grandma‘s sass. What a queen.
@lexiclinemusic Something tells me they’ve heard this before 😂 still cute tho🍊🥂 #singersongwriter #orangejuice #brunch #grandparents #mimosa #songwritersoftiktok
