Celebrate ATEEZ’s Billboard 200 Number One With These THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL Era Moments

Yep, you read that right. ATEEZ officially have a number-one album on the Billboard 200! Every K-Pop fan knows that ATEEZ are the epitome of organic growth, and they’ve been creeping up the Billboard charts for a while now. And now, with THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL, they’ve finally reached this milestone! This era has already brought us so many iconic moments, so we’re reveling in them whilst we celebrate the number one.

Billboard 200 Number One

You know the expression “Slow and steady wins the race?” Yeah, that basically sums up ATEEZ. Over the three albums in THE WORLD series, they have inched closer to the top spot, literally step-by-step. THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT reached number three, THE WORLD EP.2: OUTLAW hit number two, and now THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL has got the gold!

We couldn’t be prouder of ATEEZ for this massive achievement. Even more than that, we love what it represents for K-Pop on the global stage; ATEEZ is now the seventh Korean group to top the Billboard 200, following BTS, SuperM, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and NewJeans.

‘Crazy Form’ Reveal At MAMA

We’ve already gone on and on about how much we loved ATEEZ’s stage at the 2023 MAMA Awards, but we’ll do it again! This performance was the catalyst for the THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL era, and what a start it was. The segment that wove ‘BOUNCY’ and ‘Crazy Form’ together was so clever and also served as the perfect transition between THE WORLD EP.2: OUTLAW and THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL eras.

‘Crazy Form’ Dance Practice

Everyone knows ATEEZ are some of the most formidable performers in the industry right now, so it only makes sense that their dance practices would be equally great, too. Plus, you know that any choreography that has such a scale it needs to be rehearsed in a sports hall rather than a practice room is going to be impressive. And ‘Crazy Form’ is no exception to either of these unwritten rules!

Two Music Show Wins… So Far

ATINY know that ATEEZ had a rough start with music shows way back when, but that has been replaced with epic stages and plenty of trophies. We’re only a week and a bit into THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL‘s promo, and they’ve already won first place on The Show and Music Bank! Due to scheduling, we didn’t get to see ATEEZ’s reaction to winning these trophies, but here’s to hoping there will be more where they came from!

Variety Shows And Promo

Speaking of promo… the variety shows and interviews in this era have been top-notch. We genuinely struggled to pick a fave to mention here, but we have to go with Wooyoung and San’s appearance on My Neighborhood Friend Kangnami. It opens with them messing around and getting tricked, only to end up in some deeper conversations about the ATEEZ members’ friendships. What more could you wish for in variety content?
