BLACKPINK are finally gearing up for their first comeback following their first full-length project, THE ALBUM! We’ve missed our girls so much, and we can’t wait to see what surprises Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé have in store for us this era. But before we step into the next phase of their career, let’s revisit some of their best stages so far!
‘SOLO’ + ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ + ‘Forever Young’
This performance from the 2018 SBS Gayo Daejun festival has lived in our minds rent-free since the first time we saw it! It kicks off with Jennie singing her track ‘SOLO’ before the rest of the Pinks join her onstage to perform two of our favorite songs of all time. The energy was impeccable, and we’re still not over it.
We’re still a bit bitter that ‘Pretty Savage’ wasn’t an official single, but we’re glad we at least got some performances of it! This song has some of the most bad*ss, sassy energy, and the girls delivered every time, but this particular stage has a special place in our hearts. Maybe it’s because of the vocals, maybe the outfits, we’re not sure!
‘Kill This Love’
This version of ‘Kill This Love’ live in Thailand really shows off BLACKPINK‘s stunning vocals, and their mics were ON that day! Each of them sounded incredible and Lisa had a special glow about her, probably since she got to perform for her Thai fans and celebrate her Thai roots.
‘Don’t Know What To Do’
Since we’re getting a comeback this summer, we just had to include this performance of ‘Don’t Know What To Do,’ which has the ultimate summer vibes! They executed the dance moves so gracefully while still embodying the bouncy, upbeat feel of the song. On a side note, where can we get these outfits?
Can you believe this was one of BLACKPINK‘s earliest performances? The girls brought such an effortlessly cool energy to this stage, and it’s no wonder why they’re legends now when they came right out of the gates with this much power. You can practically feel the confidence through the screen!
‘Crazy Over You’
‘Crazy Over You’ rights! The girls gave a stunning performance during their livestream concert, THE SHOW, and it really showed off their ability to command a stage. Even with slower choreography than usual, they kept the energy up and stole our hearts in the process.
