They are hitting every milestone one by one while holding a “Triple Million Seller” title, all while we’re just staring at them proudly with the biggest heart eyes. For real, it is not a joke that NCT 127 are making their mark on the industry with every step they take, and we just can’t wait to see what they will achieve next. So you got it, boys. We are here to witness your history just like we did through the six years we’ve spent together so far.
In September, our wonderful NCT 127 will return, and we can’t help but scream till our lungs hurt. We weren’t sure how to react when we heard the news because it was so difficult to contain our excitement. We know members have been working so hard for this comeback recently and have even slightly spoilt it for their beloved NCTzens. And that’s not the end of it. Soon, Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark, and Haechan will make a long-awaited return to the USA for performances in New York City and Los Angeles. We will get more details of the comeback and shows very soon. So now is the perfect moment to reminisce about their talents and skills since this NCT 127 comeback is on its way.
If you are new to our hive and can’t quite understand the reason for all this hype going around NCT 127, or you’ve been through all of it, but you need a little bit of refreshment, we are here to talk about NCT 127 making their presence VERY MUCH felt in the K-POP industry, to get you ready for new NCT 127 comeback. So, buckle up cause this is a long *ss ride.
“NCT noise, you can’t break me”
We must begin with their distinctive discography since, as soon as you hear an NCT 127 song, you’ll know for sure it belongs to them. They are the industry leaders of what we refer to as “noise music,” and this music genre also helped them create their collective identity. Since 127’s music is always so experimental around the futuristic sound that characterizes NCT as a brand, their genre is also an excellent advertisement for NCT. So, even within the subunit, NCT 127’s discography sounds unique. What they will do with the following comeback is impossible to foresee. You just know that there will be a variety of sounds, including breathtaking singing.
THE Choreographies
If you tell us you don’t know ‘Kick It‘ choreography, we’ll know you are a liar right away because ‘Kick It’ is one of the most covered choreos in the industry. All of your other faves had been there, from Ateez’s San and Seonghwa to Momoland’s Jane, Stray Kids’ Chan to Girls Generations’ Yoona. And that is just a tiny portion of the list. ‘Kick It’ was a cultural reset, and we should all accept it. But it didn’t start or end with ‘Kick It.’ 127 have always been in the game. If you are watching videos of idols who can’t stop their facial expressions as they watch a group dancing on stage at an award show, it’s probably NCT 127 doing some crazy stuff (and NEVER running out of breath) on that stage. But don’t worry, you’ll get used to it eventually. In the end, there is a reason why 127 are one of the biggest K-POP groups out there.
ACEs, Assemble!
If you ask us, NCT 127 are the definition of an all-around squad. Rappers can hit those notes flawlessly, vocalists can rap smoothly, and everyone can dance with their bodies moving like they’re made of liquid. They can write and produce songs even though we didn’t get to hear some of the members’ work! (please release them!), and they look flawless doing it all.
With each comeback, the nine members, who are all incredibly charming and brilliant, know exactly how to highlight their diverse skill sets. So, don’t be surprised if you catch our vocalists rapping a little bit in some songs while our rappers are killing those smooth vocals. But it is just NCT 127 being NCT 127. Nothing new here.
Their Diversity
When it comes to NCT 127, they have a huge diversity of members and the songs they make. The group’s members share how important diversity is to their success as a unit. They have many various cultures represented in the ensemble, as well as many diverse abilities from which they can draw inspiration when making music together. They are one of the rare groups that have been able to figure out how their different individualities can coexist. So naturally, it also reflects in the music they create. NCT 127 are the industry standard for “noise music,” as we have already mentioned, and they are aware of this and proud of it. However, they also create excellent ballads and uplifting tunes. Because of their wide range of musical styles, they never fail to deliver an album with at least one song that EVERYONE will adore. And we are sure nothing will change with the upcoming NCT 127 comeback.
Their Many Talents
If we talk about the diversity of NCT 127, we need to talk about our precious members’ many talents because thanks to those talents, we also get a lot of solo projects from them. It is never quiet in NCity. There is always something going on, whether it is band activity or solo activity from a member. So, if we need to talk summarize it for you, we can divide the members into sub-units depending on their solo activities. For example, we have a model line: Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Haechan. We have an “only artistic people allowed” line: Taeyong and Yuta. We have songwriter line: Johnny, Taeyong, Jaehyun, and Mark. We have an MC line: Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo. We have a “yep, we can handle multiple groups at the same time line:” Mark and Haechan. We have an actor line: Yuta, Doyoung, and Jaehyun. And 👏 the 👏list👏goes👏on👏and👏on. Woah, see? When we say they are all-rounders, we don’t say it for no reason. Nothing but respect for our precious boys, for real.
“Hopping out casket-fresh, looking like a fashion show”
An ordinary stroll down the street? For NCT 127, it is a fashion show. At the airport in the middle of your hectic schedule to fly to another country for another plan? A runway display. Random pictures they shot in the SM hallways? They look like they’re getting ready to walk the runway. Most NCT 127 members serve as brand ambassadors for well-known clothing companies for a reason. We all know how important appearance is for idols, but it’s nothing to worry about for NCT 127 because they ALWAYS look so wonderful. They recently even launched their own line, Capsule, which they personally designed, and they were selected as worldwide Puma ambassadors, making it one of the most significant businesses they represent.
Our Ilichil are definitely making history, and we are the lucky ones “to see a view from the top.” We just can’t wait to see which achievements they are going to unlock on their way to becoming one of the most successful KPOP groups in history with this NCT 127 comeback. For now, we just only have to wait a little bit longer, as our boys work their hardest to deliver their love towards us in the form of music.
