Zoe Wees has the most incredible voice that invokes emotion so intensely, and man oh man, that comes through here on ‘Daddy’s Eyes.’ We are so blown away by the vulnerability and the storytelling on this track.
Anyone who has been through dealing with an absent parent is going to see themselves in these lyrics.

It’s a no-brainer, Shania Twain is a true queen in the music industry, getting to gush about her here on New Music Weekly couldn’t make us happier. It’s incredible that even this far into her career she’s still making music at the caliber of ‘Waking Up Dreaming.’ There is no slowing Shania Twain down.

Joshua Bassett – Sad Songs In A Hotel Room ￼
We have gushed about our love for Joshua Bassett more times than we can count, and honestly? We have zero plans to stop! With the release of Joshua’s newest EP, Sad Songs in a Hotel Room, there is no to for questioning the level of artistry that he has reached. The lyrics, the voice, the vulnerability, it’s all top-notch. We will have this EP on a never-ending loop.
‘LA’ is our favorite track on the record.

Quinn XCII & Big Sean – ‘Common’
We are ending New Music Weekly with an epic collaboration! We would have never put Big Sean and Quinn XCII together, but of course, it couldn’t work any better! We are having so much fun with this track, what a perfect way to close out summer.
