It’s Dua Lipa‘s ‘Training Season!’ Here’s Our Pop Workout Routine

It’s officially ‘Training Season,’ which means we are in full bulk mode 🏋️‍♀️ (and full Dua Lipa mode)! If it feels like you’ve been waiting for Dua’s new single to drop for months and months, we’re certainly there with you! Although she announced the drop of ‘Training Season’ in late January, it felt like forever and the day is finally here! We’re taking our favorite Dua Lipa songs to the gym, along with a few of our other favorite pop tracks! Will you be our gym buddy today? 

Warm-Up

Before hitting the gym, don’t forget to warm up! 🥵 Stretching is super important and will ensure you won’t get injured during your workout. Here are four pop-bangers that we recommend for a good quick stretch! 

‘Walk’ By Griff

Our favorite part of working out is focusing on our core! A strong core means a strong body, and we can’t wait to share these four core bangers with you!

The most perfect Dua song to get you through a core exercise is definitely ‘Electricity.’ This song will have electricity coursing ⚡ through your body, making you feel stronger than ever!
