And yes, the cast is absolutely amazing! We finally get to see ZE:A’s, Im Siwan in a more romantic role, and Girl’s Generation Sooyoung took on the second female lead! We are swooning over Run On!

Melting Me Softly

Did someone call for a Ji Changwook drama? Melting Me Softly will feed all your romantic needs! The drama focuses on two people who haven’t known each other until they participate in an experiment. They were meant to be frozen for just 24 hours but end up being frozen for 20 years, waking up in the year 2020. There, they can only rely on each other while adjusting to their new reality. 

Extraordinary You

Well then, here is the plot: She Was Pretty is about a confident woman who finally gets the job of her dreams, but her boss is her estranged childhood friend. 100 Days My Prince

We totally had to include a Joseon era K-drama on this list. And what other drama to include than EXO‘s D.O‘s 100 Days My Prince. Yep, this drama is about the crown prince of Joseon, but he loses his memory due to an accident and forgets who he is. During this time, he falls madly in love with Hong Shim, the oldest unmarried woman in her village. This is the perfect set up for a funny and romantic love story. Perfect for this Valentine’s day! 

Descendants Of The Sun

Descendants Of The Sun is a K-Drama that will give you everything: Action and an epic love story! We will meet a surgeon and a special forces officer. We will go on a journey with them through love and war. Of course, it is extra super cheesy! We absolutely love this one, and it is definitely one of the big K-Drama classics you should have seen at least once. So, if you haven’t yet, the time to binge this one is now

Romance Is A Bonus Book

In case you didn’t know, yes, we are totally in love with Lee Jongsuk and are so happy to have him back now that he has finished his military service! Before his enlistment, Jongsuk gifted fans one last drama: Romance Is A Bonus Book. We think the title tells you everything about how romantic and cheesy this show is, and it is totally worth every second of it. The plot is about a woman who loses everything and has to ask her longest friend for help, and soon after, they can’t help but grow much closer than friends. 

The King: Eternal Monarch

If you still haven’t watched The King: Eternal Monarch, then now is your time. What is more romantic than a love that defeats universes? (Parallel universes, to be exact). This K-Drama is about the King of the Kingdom of Corea falling for a detective from the Republic of Korea, and it couldn’t be more romantic. Fun Fact: this was the first Lee Minho K-Drama we got after his military discharge, and we were not disappointed.

Find Me In Your Memory

An actress who struggles to remember her past and a news anchor who remembers every little detail of his life due to suffering from hyperthymesia- sounds like a pair that couldn’t be more different, and yet, they make for one epic love story. We were swooning over Moon Gayoung and Kim Dongwook in this one, and can’t get over their chemistry! Find Me In Your Memory should definitely be on your watch list this Valentine’s Day!

No spoilers, but the story is so heartwarming that the pain it causes you is worth every second of it. We miss Kim Woobin on our screens and are highly anticipating a new K-Drama from him! Suzy, who took on the female lead role, also did a fantastic job in this drama. The couple made for an unbelievable pairing- we miss them.

If you were a fan of Goblin, you will love Touch Your HeartTouch Your Heart is a K-drama that feels like it should be part of the Goblin universe because our main leads are the same as the second lead couple in GoblinLee Dongwook plays a handsome lawyer and Yoo In Na plays an actress, who starts to work with Dongwook’s character in order to learn from him for a new role in a drama. Sounds familiar? If you watched the last episode of Goblin you will know and you will love this. 

Angel’s Last Mission: Love

INFINITE’s Myungsoo has been feeding INSPIRITS when it comes to K-Dramas. His 2019 drama Angel’s Last Mission: Love is absolutely the most romantic, and we are in love! This drama is about prima ballerina Lee Yeon Seo, who loses her ability to see after a tragic accident, and Kim Dan, an angel who has to find true love in order to return to heaven. This is binge-able and will definitely not leave your eyes dry. So Valentine’s Day seems like the perfect day to watch Angel’s Last Mission: Love.
